yes yes y'all was a project curated by adelaide bannerman and commissioned by hastings museum and art gallery.
the project involved two stages, first a series of workshops held with local youth groups in hastings and
secondly a publication to be shown as part of a group show of the same name at hastings museum in october 2007.

the publication was conceived as a collaboration between guestroom and three youth groups in Hastings.
we were working with ideas related to personal, often unintentional collecting and archiving. the result is a small museum in book format
documenting individual collections taken with disposable cameras and the process of the project as a whole.
the publication is also conceived as a notebook, including blank pages to encourage individual completions at a later stage
