Passerby is a rotating exhibition using the front windows at guestroom and a disused billboard around the corner.
During October 2007 and July 2008 we curated 6 artists to use this space and then introduce their work with a one-off event inside the shop, experimenting with live aspects or the context of their practice.
Passerby was conceived to set up work between the studio i.e. the production space and the shop as an intimate public venue in a way that would allow artists to take risks and try out new or unexplored aspects of their work.
